Hawaii High School Rodeo Association
has been a part of the National High School Rodeo Association for over 35 years
Mission Statement according to the NHSRA rule book:
Promote the sport of rodeo and the highest type of conduct and sportsmanship, and expose its positive image to the general public;
Preserve the Western Heritage:
Offer a privilege of family bonding;
Offer an opportunity of continuing education;
Maintain the highest regard for the livestock.

Applicants must have been pre-awarded by your state/province in order for the scholarship to be redeemed.
*Merit Scholarships are processed through the NHSRA National Office. All other Scholarships are handled through the NHSR Foundation Office.
